Hi I'm David Tab and I have a private recording studio across the lake from Seattle Wa. Located just five minutes from highway 405 in Kirkland Washington. This is a 3 room compound with a 12x23 main, 10x8 iso booth and 10x12 foot control room. Two sets of sliding glass doors and triple wall offset stud construction surround the drum booth. The booth has black walnut sound reflectors. The main room has an 11' vaulted ceiling and a RT60 of about .3 sec. This is a live sounding room, big enough for a whole band.

Audio Recording

The studio has a Ramsa WRT-T208B analog mixer. The board has great sounding mic pres. Digital Performer 3/4 through MOTU 828 and 896 firewire A/D's into a G4 Mac. Mics; Rode nt2's, Octava mk219's, 012-01, AKG D112, 4 Sennheiser 421's, Beyerdynamic m88 and 69, an EV RE-20 and some Shure SM-57's. 2 Distressors with Brit Mods, symetrix and dbx compressors. DigiTech FX, Exciter and Rane gates. 2 adats, Waves and Trex. KRK V8 monitors and a Masterlink.
There is an eight piece, double kick Pearl kit with lots of cymbals. Roland TD7 electric drum kit. Some Gibsons (71 V, 78 LesPaul custom, 86 SG, 86 LesPaul Standard) a Dean V, 80 Kramer/FloydRose, and a couple of killer sounding pawnshop specials. Marshall, Fender, Prime and Carver amps.
